Meta (Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp) Data Deletion

According to Meta Platform Rules, we provide clear instructions on how users can remove their data and platform permissions from our app.

If you have connected your Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or WhatsApp Business account to Ecomas AI and would like to delete your data or disconnect the integration, follow either of the methods below:

Option 1: Remove Ecomas AI App Permissions from Facebook

1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites (or visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
3. Find Ecomas AI in the list of active apps.
4. Click the Remove button.
5. (Optional) Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events that Ecomas AI posted on your behalf, then confirm by clicking Remove.

Option 2: Delete Data from within the Ecomas AI Dashboard

1. Log in to your Ecomas AI account at ecomasai.com/user/login.
2. Navigate to Integrations > Connected Channels.
3. Click Disconnect next to your connected Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp account.
4. To delete all past conversation history and stored metadata, navigate to Settings > Data Management and click Purge Integration Data or contact our support team.

Option 3: Request Manual Data Deletion

If you wish to request full deletion of your user account, stored conversations, and any associated Meta platform data stored on our servers, you can email our data protection team directly:
