How do I get started with Ecomas?
Sign up for a free 15-day trial, connect your store platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom API), and our team will guide you through the setup. Most stores are live within 1-2 weeks.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up Ecomas?
No. Ecomas is designed for non-technical users. The setup wizard walks you through connecting your store, configuring AI chat, and setting up integrations. Our team is available for hands-on support.
What ecommerce platforms does Ecomas support?
Ecomas supports Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Magento, and custom API-based stores. We also integrate with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and web chat channels.
How long does the full setup take?
Basic AI chat can be live in 1-2 days. Full setup with integrations, automation workflows, and team onboarding typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your store complexity.
Can I import my existing support data?
Yes. You can upload FAQs, return policies, shipping rules, and product guides. Ecomas also syncs your product catalog, order history, and customer data automatically from your connected store.

Upload a product photo and Photoshot AI removes the background, enhances lighting, and generates multiple professional variations. You can choose lifestyle scenes, studio backgrounds, or custom settings. Results are ready in seconds.
What is AI Managed Ads?
AI Managed Ads (coming soon) automates your ecommerce advertising. The AI creates, monitors, and optimizes ad campaigns across platforms using your product data and sales history. It adjusts budgets, targeting, and creatives automatically.
When will AI Managed Ads be available?
AI Managed Ads is currently in development. Sign up for Ecomas and we will notify you as soon as it launches. Early access users may get priority.
Can I use Photoshot AI with my existing product catalog?
Yes. Photoshot AI works with any product image. Upload photos directly or connect your store to batch-process your catalog.

Can I connect multiple stores?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can connect multiple shops. Each shop has its own product catalog, order data, and AI configuration.
How does the Shopify integration work?
Connect your Shopify store via OAuth. Ecomas syncs products, orders, customers, and inventory automatically. The AI uses this data to answer customer questions about stock, shipping, and order status.
Does Ecomas work with WordPress/WooCommerce?
Yes. Install the Ecomas WordPress plugin or connect via API. Products, orders, and customer data sync automatically. The web chat widget can be embedded on any WordPress page.
Can I use custom APIs?
Yes. Ecomas provides REST APIs for custom integrations. You can connect any ecommerce platform, CRM, or internal tool using our API documentation.
How do webhook integrations work?
Configure webhooks to receive real-time events from your store (new orders, refunds, inventory changes). Ecomas can trigger automations based on these events.

Pricing & Billing

Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features in your selected plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You will receive a notification when you approach your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity as needed. Service continues without interruption.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves up to 20% compared to monthly billing. Toggle the pricing switch on the pricing page to see annual rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no penalties, no questions. Cancel your subscription from your account settings. Your data is available for export after cancellation.

Security & Data

How we protect your store data, customer information, and payment details.

Is my ecommerce data secure?
Yes. All ecommerce data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We protect order data, customer information, and payment details with regular security audits and access reviews.
Where is my store data stored?
Your ecommerce data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard protocols for data protection and backup of customer records, order history, and store configurations.
Do you sell customer data?
No. We never sell customer data to third parties. Data is only processed to provide the Ecomas service and is bound by our data protection agreements.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your workspace data, conversation history, product data, and customer records at any time from your account settings.
Do you comply with GDPR?
Yes. Ecomas complies with GDPR and other data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. You can export your data before canceling.

Account & Support

Managing your account and getting help.

How do I add team members?
Go to your account settings and invite team members by email. They will receive an invitation link to create their account and join your workspace.
What support do you offer?
All plans include email support with 24-hour response time. Higher plans include priority support, dedicated account managers, and priority support.
Do you offer training for my team?
Yes. We provide hands-on training sessions, workflow best practices, and ongoing support guidance. Training is included in our professional services.
Can I change my email or password?
Yes. Go to your account settings to update your email, password, and profile information. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a secure reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to account settings and request account deletion. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Export your data before deleting.
