Features may vary by subscription plan and may include AI chatbot, order management, product support, multi-channel messaging, and analytics.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice for material changes.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify Ecomas immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Accounts are for authorized users only. Sharing credentials or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited.
You may use the service only for lawful ecommerce, customer support, operational, and related business purposes.
You must not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, harass others, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, limits, and billing terms are shown during signup, checkout, or account upgrade.

Customers retain ownership of their business data, customer records, conversations, prompts, and uploaded content.
Customers grant Ecomas a limited license to process their data solely as needed to provide the service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Ecomas platform without written consent.
Customers grant Ecomas permission to process business data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Customers must have the rights and notices needed to connect third-party platforms and process customer data through Ecomas.
Data processing terms are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as ecommerce platforms, payment processors, and messaging channels.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ecomas is not responsible for third-party practices.
You authorize Ecomas to access third-party services on your behalf as needed for configured integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecomas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Ecomas total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether contract, tort, or otherwise.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Ecomas does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI outputs, recommendations, and chatbot replies are generated by automated systems and should be verified.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ecomas harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing support.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the platform or via email.
Your continued use of the service after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
